International Customers (other than Canada)

Bathroom products from Esphomestore.com are sent to customers worldwide from our warehouse in Virginia, United States.

We ship sensor faucets, LED showerheads, bathroom tub faucets, shower heads, jetted showers, hand showers, and other bathroom accessories to international consumers outside of Canada.

Please be aware that the following products cannot be shipped to clients outside of the United States due to high freight and insurance costs: steam showers, shower panels, and whirlpools with hydrotherapy.

Please add 5-7 business days to the typical United States shipping times for any other international shipments (except Canadian customers).

Email us at info@esphomestore.com if you are unsure whether an item ships to your country or have questions about the shipping cost or transit time, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

 

Canadian Customers:

For our Canadian customers, we ship shower panels, shower systems, sensor faucets, bathroom faucets, shower heads, jetted showers, hand showers, and other bathroom accessories via UPS or USPS.

Please be aware that due to high freight and insurance costs, we are unable to ship the following items to Canadian customers: steam showers, shower enclosures, and hydro massage whirlpools.

Please increase the standard United States shipping times by an additional 4-6 days for all Canadian goods.

In Europe, we primarily ship to the UK, Germany, Spain, and France. Please be aware that the consumer is responsible for paying any applicable customs. Bathroom accessories like faucets, shower sets, shower heads, and LED showers make up the majority of European shipments. 

Australia:

Replacements & Returns

At Esphomestores, we strive for complete client satisfaction. We are proud of the high calibre of the goods we offer. Please follow the instructions provided below if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. We will assist you in returning it. We want returns and exchanges to be as simple as possible.

 

If the steps below are followed, returns for shower systems, sensor faucets, LED showers, and other accessories can be processed:

 

  • The item(s) being returned must be in brand-new condition with no signs of usage or damage. All original packaging safeguards must be kept.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. For your RMA number, please email info@esphomestore.com.

  • A refund of the total invoice amount will be given, less any applicable shipping and handling fees and a 15% restocking fee.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

  • Any applicable fees from the initial purchase, including labour, installation, surcharges, and other expenses, are not refundable. 

  • The value of returned goods less the actual outbound shipping costs we paid, and any potential restocking fees will be deducted from the credit for goods received as part of a "free shipping" offer.

  • Only within 30 days after receiving your order and in accordance with the provided conditions are refunds or exchanges accepted.

  • Please inspect for damage as soon as you open the boxes after arrival.

 

Products Already Installed

We cannot accept the return of a product that has been installed, altered, or whose parts are missing. We will be pleased to help you through the replacement procedure if this product is eligible for replacement under the manufacturer's warranty or guarantee.

Special Requests: Special orders cannot be returned and need full payment upfront. Items that were specially ordered will not be refunded.

Within 4 days of UPS/FedEx delivery, you must notify us of any damage, and we will attempt to get you a replacement item.

Deliveries of large packages

When acquiring large objects like a bathtub, whirlpool, or steam shower, immediate inspection is especially crucial. I EIt is crucial to record any damage when you sign for the delivery on the bill of lading or receipt. Within 48 hours after delivery, JunoShowers must be notified of any damages.

 

 

Customers who sign for deliveries but fail to note "damage" are responsible for any harm to the goods. You may refuse delivery if the item seems to be seriously harmed. In order for Esphomestore to prepare for the return and send out a replacement item, do let us know about the refusal. The damaged or defective item(s) will be repaired or replaced by Esphomestore at no additional cost. In the event that a return is preferred over a replacement, the aforementioned "Standard Return Policy" is applicable, and all applicable restocking fees, as well as our initial shipping and handling expenses, will be subtracted from your credit.

The free replacement item could be charged if the return process for the damaged item(s) is not followed.

Returns discovered to have been received correctly or in functioning order might not be eligible for a refund. In this situation, JunoShowers will email you to let you know whether we've decided to refund your money less a 50% restocking fee and or return the product back to you at your expense.
