Manufacturer's Warranty

For Esp home store our customer's problem is our problem. Thus, for every shower head, shower system or faucet you purchase from us, you get a manufacturer’s warranty. 

What is covered in the warranty:

Esp home store offers a warranty against any defects in manufacturing, materials, workmanship, and finish of the product. Our factory warranty begins from the start of retail purchase and extends to the original end-user purchaser. The warranty that we offer is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties. However, in case of any indirect, direct, incidental, or punitive damages caused as a result of the purchase of the product, we will not be responsible.

What is not covered in the warranty:
The warranty does not cover the following

- The misuse or unauthorized modifications of the product, or any external causes such as acts of nature 
- Normal wear and tear, or damage to any other product used in connection with this product.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. 
- Scratching or surface damage due to the misuse of the product. 
- LED lights used in any of the products such as shower heads, faucets, etc. 

What we will do:

During the 1 year warranty period, Esp home stores will repair or replace, free of charge, any part that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation. In case repair or replacement of parts is not possible, we will refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. However, if the purchaser incurs any labor charges towards repair, replacement, installation or removal of the product, will not be covered by the warranty. Esp home store cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair, including failure to follow proper cleaning instructions. For all installation and repair, we recommend using a professional plumber. You should produce the proof of purchase (original sales receipt) for all purchases.
