Exchange or Refund Policy

100% customer satisfaction is what we strive for at the ESP Home Store. The quality of our products speaks for itself. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us. We aim to make the return or exchange of products as easy as possible.

Product Return Policy:

We encourage the return of our products provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must have its original packaging.
  • The returned item(s) should be unused and unblemished by any trials. There should not be any sign of wear & tear.
  • Please contact info@esphomestore.com for any return requests.

Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will refund only the product price. Any labor, installation, or surcharges incurred are non-refundable. If there is any “free shipping” offer on the returned product, the amount credited wil be the amount of the merchandise less outbound shipping charges. Refund or exchange is possible only within 30 days from receipt of your order. Customers are encouraged to open the box immediately on delivery and check for damage. 

Previously Installed Products:

If the product is previously installed or modified, you cannot return the same. However, the product qualifies for the manufacturer’s warranty, and we are happy to assist you in getting it processed. 

 

Special Orders: In the case of special orders, no refund can be encouraged. 

If you notice any shipping damage in the product delivered by FedEx or UPS, you should report the same to us within four days so that we can arrange for a replacement.

Large Package Delivery

When you receive large packages like a bathtub, whirlpool, or steam shower, you should inspect them without any delay. If you happen to notice any damage, you should note it down in the bill of lading or receipt, even if the damage is very small. You should report all damages within 48 hours of delivery.

 

If the customer fails to note the damage during delivery, they should assume responsibility. If the product is significantly damaged, you can refuse its delivery. If you refuse, please inform Esp Home Store so we can anticipate the return and send a new product. We will repair or replace the damaged product without any additional charge. If the customer wants the product to be returned instead of replaced, the standard return policy with a restocking fee applies. The initial shipping and handling fees incurred will be deducted from your credit. If you fail to follow the return procedure for the damaged item, you will have to pay charges for the free replacement item.
